I am a Ph.D. student in Electronic and Computer Engineering at Universidad de Antioquia (UdeA), Colombia. I earned my B.S. in Electronic Engineering and a Master’s in Engineering at UdeA, where I focused on computational intelligence applied to bioacoustics. I am currently a Fulbright scholar conducting a doctoral research internship at Rice University (2025–2026). My research focuses on artificial intelligence for ecological monitoring and biodiversity conservation, with an emphasis on unsupervised graph-based methods, signal processing, and graph learning.
