I was born and raised in Cuenca, a beautiful city located in the southern Ecuadorian Andes. I hold a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Cuenca where I developed a strong interest in water resources, specifically using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) for modeling. Before moving to Houston, I worked at Universidad de Cuenca on an international accreditation project for engineering programs. Simultaneously, I gained practical experience through various civil and environmental consulting projects focused on wastewater. Currently, I am a Fulbright scholar at Rice University pursuing a Master’s in Civil and Environmental Engineering.
