Kelsey Ullom (she/they) is an Associate Director at the Center for Civic Leadership where she oversees international programming. Prior to Rice, Kelsey facilitated service-learning programs in Haiti and administered U.S. Department of State study abroad programs at the Institute of International Education. Kelsey holds a B.A. in International Studies from Ohio Wesleyan University and a M.S.Ed. in International Educational Development from the University of Pennsylvania.

Kelsey is the Fulbright Program Advisor for undergraduates at Rice wishing to pursue a Fulbright through the U.S. Student Program.
