Jacqueline was born in Xicotepec, Puebla and studied Industrial Engineering in the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). She did an academic exchange in the Polytechnic University of Cartagena in Spain during her undergraduate studies and attended two English programs, one at Dominican University, and another at Oklahoma State University. Jacqueline is focused on research topics such as strategic environmental assessment and human factors in ergonomics. She has professional experience in roles such as Production coordinator and Central Operations Manager in international enterprises.
