Adewale obtained a PhD in industrial Chemistry. His research is focused on developing efficient techniques for water purification and recovery, which covers catalysis and material science. He is a recipient of several wards and grants such as TWAS-DFG, TWAS-UNESCO, COIMBRA group Scholarship, TWAS-Biovision, CAMBRIDGE-Africa, Alexander von Humboldt, Royal Society, IFS, Seeding Laboratories, African Academy of Sciences, Global Young Academy, CNPq, etc. His dream is to contribute to the global development of science and knowledge transfer.
