Andy Meretoja is the Interim Director of the Office of International Students and Scholars (OISS) and is also the Interim Director of Operations for OISS. Andy has great experience in virtually every aspect of the OISS. She has a Master's degree from a top university in Finland, has presented at local, regional, and national conferences on international education, has first-hand knowledge of managing the U.S. visa system, and is considered a top communicator and leader. In addition, Andy has masterfully led Rice’s campus-wide International Education Week (IEW) program for approximately a decade.
