I am an electronic engineer deeply passionate about THz technology and its transformative power. I was born and raised in Pasto, Colombia, where my curiosity and love for science and mathematics were nurtured. At Universidad de Narino, I pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, immersing myself in a wide range of subjects related to bioengineering and electronics. I have a master's in electronics and computers from Universidad de los Andes - Colombia. Upon graduation, I entered the professional realm as an electronic engineer. I joined Helmholtz Zentrum Dresden Rosendorf in Germany, where I gained invaluable hands-on experience in designing, developing, and testing THz spectroscopy systems.
